Bucket Velvet Vintage Hats for Women for sale | eBay。A beautiful women\'s straw hat made by United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers International Union that was in operations from 1934 to 1983 so the hat\'s manufacturing date falls somewhere in between. As these straw or raffia hats gained popularity in the 1950s and 1960s it could be that it was produced then. The hat is in good condition, featuring white imitational flower ornaments covered with a black veil in the front. Around the hat there runs a black velvet ribbon coming to a small knot on the side. United Hatters International Union tag is attached inside, the ink is quite faded but I\'ve attached the original label print in the photos for reference. Inner diameter of the hat is 7 inches and outer 9.25 inches.
