Elegant 1960s Elgin mechanical ladies cocktail watch, 10k 。A gorgeous vintage Elgin mechanical analog lady’s cocktail wristwatch in working condition when regularly wound. The face is marked Elgin jewels, and the winding mechanism on the side turns smoothly. It’s marked 10k RGF on the back of the case. It’s in very good condition for the age, with minimal scratches. The band is in good condition and is 6 1/4” although the chain guard is detached on one end it can be easily repaired.
