Vintage 1940s Cocktail Hat Black Felt Fascinator – Poppy。1940s hat made of black wool felt and embellished with hand sewn black beads. Some beads are arranged to look like wings and there is a beaded star on the front. Two side covered wire \"stays\" help keep the small hat in place. Made by Austelle. Excellent condition. It measures 7\" front to back, 6.5\" side to side and stands 1.5\" tall in back, 2\" in front (comes to a point behind the star). Circumference inside is 18\".
