s-l500.jpg。Fabulously funky hat by Favorette! It is made of fabric that has the appearance of being embroidered. I\'m sorry to say that I can not seem to tell what kind of fabric this is. There are metallic threads that run through it as well. On the top of the hat, there is a small amount of black netting held on by a red plastic paste rhinestone. The inside has black netting and grosgrain ribbon. It measures 7\" across. There is a Union label but I am not able to completely read it. This hat is in pretty excellent condition but I do wonder if there is supposed to be more of the black netting on the top because it looks a bit sparse to me.
